From 2012 to 2015, Oyu served as legal counsel for the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) project on Strengthening the Mediation System. Since 2016, she has worked as an associate attorney at a leading Mongolian law firm. She primarily practices corporate and civil law, advising local and international clients, and representing them in court and arbitration.
